This week, a new lunch offer is coming to LAVA. Join us with Chef Wilfried Romain, in the heart of creating our menu...

Hello Wilfried! How was this new menu imagined?

“We wanted to create an attractive lunch that piques curiosity, with two options priced at €24 and €29, from Thursday to Saturday. We prioritize a short menu, consisting of 2 appetizers, 2 main courses, and 2 desserts. The menu changes every week, so there's no time to get bored!”


Can you reveal a little more to us?

“We wish to offer seasonal cuisine. We are currently in the heart of spring, where we can find bear garlic, pointed cabbage, and the star of the moment: asparagus! I admit that the offer can evolve during the same week, depending on product availability. For the hungriest, we also offer shareable dishes like oysters, charcuterie plate, and cheeses from COW. ”

“I can't reveal everything, but I can assure you that beef cheek lovers will be delighted... We're also approaching the start of strawberry season, one of the highlights of sunny days. See you next week to discover the complete menu!”
